Mr. Evans has over twenty years of management and technical experience in the field of information technology, logistics, and systems engineering. He has held senior management positions with a major media outlet and with major systems integrators, high tech consulting firms, and electronic systems and computing manufacturers prior to joining Expeditionary Technology in 2006. Mr. Evans is an Alabama graduate in Computer Science and has multiple high level technical certifications. He is a disabled veteran. For the major media outlet, he was their director of information technology. For one of the world leading consulting firms, he was a client engagement team leader and senior systems engineer. As president of Expeditionary Technology Services Inc., he is responsible for the leadership of the entire business. When Mr. Evans took over the leadership of Expeditionary Technology, he quickly turned the business around and in 2009 under his leadership, Expeditionary Technology was selected as one of the top twenty five small businesses in Atlanta’s Cobb County business community. This year, Mr. Evan’s company sponsored a humanitarian relief mission to Haiti to build shelters for people who had lost their home in the earthquake.

David Jacob Heino
Vice President

Mr. Heino has over twenty years of management and technical experience in the field of information technology, logistics, and systems engineering. He has held senior management and technical positions with an industry leading management and technology consulting firm, a major aerospace corporation, and the U.S. Army prior to founding Expeditionary Technology in 1998. He is a disabled veteran and combat veteran who served in Afghanistan as a mobilized Army Special Forces Commander. For the industry leading consulting firm he was a client engagement team leader and senior systems engineer. As vice president of Expeditionary Technology Services Inc., he is responsible for the leadership of the operations and business development efforts of the firm. Working as part of a cohesive management team under the leadership of Melvin Evans, the President, they implemented a DCAA approved accounting system, ISO9001-2008 certification, and world class management systems. Then, in 2009, Expeditionary Technology was selected as one of the top twenty five small businesses in Atlanta’s Cobb County business community. This year, Mr. Heino participated in a humanitarian relief mission to Haiti to build shelters for people who had lost their home in the earthquake.

Steven Gahan
Senior Program Manager, Logistics

Mr. Gahan has twenty-plus years of experience in strategic, operational, and tactical planning as a senior manager. Eighteen years of working experience in Latin America—operational familiarity with Belize, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Trinidad and Tobago, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela. Ten years of experience in logistical support of counter-illicit trafficking operations.
